Initially we meet and get to know each other personally. This also gives me the opportunity to identify your needs, expectations, your company and its culture. Together, we define the requirements and job profiles, identify potential target companies and agree on a regular reporting. We also discuss your Employer Branding measures.

In accordance with your requirements, I timely identify potential candidates on popular business and social media platforms (e.g. XING Talent Manager and LinkedIn Recruiter). According to LinkedIn, I have finished 2017 as a "Superstar", i.e. to be among the 25% of the best recruiters worldwide. This acknowledges my new way of getting in touch with potential candidates.  

I approach each candidate identified individually and personally and generate awareness and interest in your company and the relevant perspectives (for both you and the candidate). In doing so I specifically address the experience and knowledge of each individual. There is no mass approach! An individualized approach significantly increases the response rate of passive candidates.

I inform those interested candidates personally, build up a level of trust, and provide detailed information about your company as well as the relevant development opportunities (Employer Branding). After "fitting", i.e. checking the documents, I qualify the candidate in a personal or telephone (video) interview.

After successful pre-selection, you will receive profiles including documents of the respective candidates. After your assessment, I will make the contact for further discussions. On request, I can join and support your internal recruiting process (obtaining references, aptitude testing), participation in further interviews, data maintenance, Talent Pool, etc.).
